5558h Terms & Conditions – Full Terms for Membership, Betting & Payments

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between 5558h ("Platform", "we", "Company") and any member or user of the platform. By registering with or using 5558h, you agree to be bound by all of the terms set out herein.

5558h is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. We provide services in Bangladesh and other countries where online betting is legally operated. Compliance with your local laws is entirely your own responsibility.

These terms have been translated into Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi members. In the event of any dispute, the original English document will prevail.

2.1 Registration Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• Providing accurate and truthful information at registration is mandatory.
• Opening multiple accounts on the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Prior to processing a withdrawal, or when bets exceed a certain threshold, 5558h may request identity verification. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC). The documents typically required are:

• Government-issued ID (NID, Passport, or Driving License)
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership

Withdrawals may be delayed until KYC verification is complete. This is done solely to protect our members.

2.3 Account Security

Keeping your account password and login details confidential is entirely your responsibility. Sharing your account with anyone else is prohibited. 5558h staff will never ask for your password.

4.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed on 5558h, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, 5558h reserves the right to void a bet under the following circumstances:

• If a match is cancelled or abandoned before the scheduled completion time.
• If an obvious technical error occurs in the display of odds (such as abnormally low or high values).
• If evidence of fraudulent activity is found on a player's account.

4.2 Live Betting

Odds in live betting change rapidly. The odds active at the moment a bet is confirmed are the ones that apply. If a minor discrepancy occurs due to network latency, 5558h applies the correct odds from that exact moment on the back end.

4.3 Maximum Winnings Cap

The maximum payout from a single bet depends on the match and market in question. Generally, the maximum payout for a single Sports Betting wager is ৳20,000. Pre-approval is required for high-value bets.

5558h offers a variety of bonuses, each with its own specific terms detailed on the respective offer page. The general bonus policies are outlined below:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• A bonus of up to 300% is available on your first deposit.
• Bonus wagering requirements are generally 15–30x the combined deposit and bonus amount.
• If wagering is not completed within 30 days of receiving a bonus, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per member.

5.2 Cashback & Reload Bonus

• Weekly cashback may be limited to specific games or sports.
• Cashback is typically credited to your account every Monday.
• Wagering requirement for cashback is 1–3x.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 5558h. If detected, your account may be closed and legal action may be taken:

• Multiple Accounts: Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Bonus Abuse: Deliberately using multiple identities to claim bonuses.
• Match Fixing: Unlawfully influencing the outcome of a match or placing bets using insider information.
• Bots/Automated Software: Placing bets using automated software or bots.
• Money Laundering: Using the betting platform as a vehicle to launder illicit funds.
• False Information: Providing false identity, age, or payment information.

5558h reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time. However, this is never done without valid reason. Common grounds include:

• Terms Violation
• Suspected or confirmed fraud
• Participation in prohibited activities
• Incomplete KYC Verification

If an account is legitimately closed, any verified balance will be returned. Bonus balances may be forfeited.

Members may also choose to close their account voluntarily. Upon contacting support, the account will be closed within 48 hours and any valid balance will be returned.

5558h will not be held liable for the following:

• Bets cancelled due to loss of internet connection.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors.
• If a member's information is compromised due to their own negligence.
• Potential losses arising from temporary service disruptions caused by unexpected technical issues.

That said, 5558h always endeavors to resolve issues as quickly as possible and considers fair compensation for affected members.

5558h reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes:

• Active members will be notified by email or on the platform at least 7 days in advance.
• Any updated terms will take effect from the date they are published.
• Continued use of the platform after notice has been given will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
